The peace sign thing….so funny that you mention it! When Greg and I were in Hawaii, there were a TON of Japanese people there and all of them made the peace sign when taking pictures! So weird! It started to majorly get on my nerves by the end of the week. I mean, I just don’t get it.
I’m Japanese and grew up in Hawaii…the peace sign is just something we do. It’s as natural to us as smiling for a picture. It’s unfortunate it got on your nerves Emily….does everything that you “just don’t get” get on your nerves so much?
